Parimatch India — Terms and Conditions | General Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

1.1

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parimatch platform, including the website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"), operated by Antillephone N.V. ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company licensed and regulated by the Curacao eGaming (No. 8048/JAZ2019-015, Hollycorn N.V.) Authority under licence number 8048/JAZ.

1.2

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

1.3

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4

These Terms apply to all products and services available on the Platform, including sports betting, online casino games, live casino, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering products offered by the Company from time to time.


2. Definitions

2.1

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "Account" — the personal account registered by the Player on the Platform
  • "Balance" — the total amount of real money funds held in the Player's Account
  • "Bet / Wager" — any stake placed by the Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available on the Platform
  • "Bonus Funds" — promotional funds credited to the Player's Account subject to wagering requirements
  • "Company" — Antillephone N.V., the operator of the Parimatch platform
  • "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process
  • "Platform" — the Parimatch website, mobile application, and associated services
  • "Player" — any registered user of the Platform aged 18 or above
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal is permitted

3. Eligibility

3.1

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the Platform. The Company strictly prohibits gambling by minors. If the Company discovers that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at the Company's discretion following investigation.

3.2

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your country or region of residence. Online gambling is not explicitly prohibited at the federal level in India; however, certain state laws may restrict or regulate gambling activity. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering and playing.

3.3

The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. The Company reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time.

3.4

Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per IP address. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any winnings.

3.5

You must not use the Platform if you have previously been self-excluded or if you are subject to any exclusion order from another gambling operator or regulatory body.


4. Account Registration

4.1

To access the Platform's full features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number.

4.2

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If your details change, you must update your account promptly. The Company reserves the right to request verification of any information you provide.

4.3

You must keep your account login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the Company immediately at support@parimatch.in.

4.4

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: before processing a withdrawal, when cumulative deposits reach a threshold defined by the Company's compliance team, or when suspicious activity is detected on the account.

4.5

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.


5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in accordance with the Company's payment procedures. Accepted payment methods for Indian players include UPI, PayTM, PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM, bank transfers, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and USDT.

5.2

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method.

5.3

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted. The Company reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

5.4

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver's licence, or Aadhaar card) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than three months).

5.5

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. The Company aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of receiving them, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance checks.

5.6

The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a failure to complete KYC verification.

5.7

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. The Company may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.


6. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

6.1

From time to time, the Company may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. These Terms apply to all Promotions in addition to any specific terms published for individual offers.

6.2

Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real money balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 35x the bonus amount.

6.3

You must complete the wagering requirement within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account.

6.4

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bonus if it determines that a player is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotion.

6.5

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (such as arbitrage or hedge betting), or any other activity that the Company considers to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and any associated winnings forfeited.

6.6

Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only. Promotional offers may be subject to geo-restrictions and may not be available to all players.


7. Game Rules and Fairness

7.1

All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The Company works with licensed and reputable software providers, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Spribe, and others, all of whom are subject to independent testing and certification.

7.2

Sports betting results are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or sporting authority. In the event of a dispute regarding result settlement, the Company's decision — made in good faith and based on available evidence — shall be final.

7.3

Bets placed in error (for example, due to a technical malfunction or obvious pricing error) may be voided at the Company's discretion. The Company is not liable for system errors or connectivity issues that affect the placement, acceptance, or settlement of bets.

7.4

Maximum payout limits apply to all bets and games. Specific limits are published in the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. The Company reserves the right to cap winnings in excess of published limits.

7.5

In-play and live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid unless the event is abandoned or otherwise declared void in accordance with the Company's game rules.


8. Prohibited Activities

8.1

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

  • Creating more than one account (multi-accounting)
  • Using someone else's account or allowing another person to use your account
  • Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage
  • Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent betting
  • Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity
  • Chargebacks or payment reversals without prior authorisation from the Company
  • Providing false identity information or fraudulent documentation
  • Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
  • Any activity that interferes with the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players

8.2

The Company employs fraud detection systems and compliance monitoring to identify prohibited activities. Players found to be engaging in any of the above will have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, and all funds may be frozen pending investigation.


9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
  • Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
  • Provision of false or misleading information
  • At the Player's own request (including self-exclusion)
  • As required by the Company's licensing authority or applicable law

9.2

In the event of account suspension due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the Company will investigate the matter before making a final determination. During the investigation, access to the account and withdrawal of funds may be withheld.

9.3

If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released promptly.

9.4

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors.

10.2

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, lost profits, or financial losses resulting from reliance on information available on the Platform.

10.3

The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

10.4

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited. The Company accepts no liability for gambling losses sustained by players.


11. Responsible Gaming

11.1

The Company is committed to promoting responsible gambling. A full range of player protection tools — including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — is available to all registered players via Profile → Settings → Responsible Gaming.

11.2

The Company reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account if it identifies behaviour patterns consistent with problem gambling, even without a request from the player. This is done solely in the player's best interest.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through the Company's customer support team.

13.2

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to the Curacao eGaming (No. 8048/JAZ2019-015, Hollycorn N.V.) licensing authority (Antillephone N.V.) for independent review and resolution.

13.3

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that the laws of your country of residence may differ from those of Curaçao, and you accept that the governing law of Curaçao applies to your use of the Platform.

14.1

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or through a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
